It’s important for us to know who will attend each event so the below listed responsibilities can be covered, i.e. photos, food (cooks), mechanics, pit help, etc. We will also have a meeting before each big race. So at the very least notify us on the first national race soon.

Brian’s comments: 9:05 PM
Thanks to Steve for organizing everything. Karting isn’t cheap, but it’s the most inexpensive way to get into motorsports. Hammer Nutrition is trying to provide a base for everyone to get into the sport. Hammer Nutrition is investing handily into the sport to help everyone and to make this possible. Matt is working for Hammer full time as a driver, driving the Hammer Hauler to the events, assisting in the pits, kart driving, assisting in kart set-up, and general advice. Physiological help is not included (John’s comment).
Drivers will pay for entry fee, fuel, tires, hauling costs, parts, etc. Hammer Nutrition will provide the tent, pit space area.
Matt is looking into new driving suits. Brian requested to know what events everyone can make. The more people that make events the larger the tent needs to be. Please provide the dates everyone plans to make to what race events. We need to know the race dates everyone plans on attending to plan for transportation and tent size for rental.
John Wright and Brian Nixon need suits. Graphics are getting designed now. It should be around 6 weeks for delivery of the suits. Matt will be in contact with John and Brian Nixon for measurements. The suit graphics will be red and white.
Developing a matrix for cost of travel / mile. Cost for the help, cooks, mechanics, etc was discussed but not finalized.
Volunteers are encouraged however; the team needs to be able to count on them making the events planned/scheduled so volunteers will be most likely compensated in some way to keep it fair.
Matt comments: It is important to have all the same chassis and or a company that will work for us to supply parts so that when or if you get taken out at a race, parts are available.

Schreiber did not attend the meeting, but plans on being at the race Sunday.
